- HoursA half day is 4 hours and a full day is 8 hours. Waiting time and extra hours are added in your quote, so tell us the full schedule.
- RouteFuel and Salik tolls are included on Dubai routes. Trips to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates, and any parking or airport charges, are priced in writing.

Does the rental include a driver?
Yes. Every vehicle comes with a professional, licensed driver. We do not rent vehicles for self-drive.
Are fuel and Salik included in the price?
Yes, on Dubai routes: fuel and Salik tolls are included. Trips outside Dubai, parking and airport access charges are priced in your written quote before you book.
Which bus size do I need for my group?
A 7 or 14-seater suits small groups, a 22-seater Coaster suits medium groups, 30 to 50-seater buses suit staff routes, schools and tours, and 60 to 84-seater coaches suit large events and labour routes. Allow extra space if your group carries luggage. The size guide on this page lists every vehicle by group size.
How much luggage fits in each vehicle?
With a full group, a 7-seater takes 3 large suitcases, a 14-seat Toyota Hiace takes 6 and a 22-seat Toyota Coaster takes 6 to 8. With more bags, take the next size up, or tell us how many and we will suggest the right vehicle.
Can I rent a bus for one day?
Yes. Book by the hour, half day (4 hours), full day (8 hours) or several days, subject to vehicle availability and the confirmed route.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup time. To change the date or time, message us as early as you can.
Do you offer monthly staff transport?
Yes. Monthly staff transport is priced by pickup points, shift timings, working days, contract length and vehicle size. Company accounts receive written quotes and VAT invoices, and replacement vehicles are arranged under the contract terms.
Do you provide school transport?
Yes. MS Transport holds an RTA school transport permit and runs school and nursery routes, trips and events. Routes, timings and attendant requirements are confirmed in the quote.
Can I book an airport transfer bus?
Yes, 24/7. We run group transfers for DXB, DWC, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other UAE airports, day and night. The price depends on the airport, the time and the group size, so share your flight, passengers and luggage when you ask for a quote.
Do you go to Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We drive to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and the other emirates. The price depends on the route and is confirmed in your written quote.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every booking comes with a written quote and a VAT invoice, and companies on monthly contracts receive a monthly VAT invoice.
